At ClearPoreLab, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send products back without prior approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer either:

A replacement product, or
-
A full refund
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient evidence.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund after investigation.
ClearPoreLab is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Final sale or promotional items
Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need a replacement, contact us at support@clearporelab.net with your order details and photos of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
